Help your development team
Agencies and companies can bring me in when a project needs experienced frontend help - from complex layouts and animation to design systems and polished production builds. I work inside your repo and follow your existing tools and conventions.
Design the print, too
Product catalogs, brochures, spec sheets and menus, designed in InDesign and delivered press-ready. Useful when the same products need to look just as good on a screen as they do in print.

I'm Phily Austria. I started CAS Tech Corporation in 2023 after years of building software for studios, agencies and small businesses — games, commerce, nonprofits and local businesses.
Smaller projects I build end to end myself. On bigger ones I bring in a small team of people I've worked with and trust. Either way, you deal with one person, know what's happening, and always know who to call.
